Q. What exactly is Run Society?

A. Run Society is a society of committed men and women, who believe in the power of collaboration in business.

Q: Is Run Society a new organization?

A: Yes and No. Run Society was previously named Big GirlsTM and then RWC Networking Brunch. In 2016 the establishment of Big GirlsTM was formed to as a collaborative of entrepreneurs who whole-heartedly help and assist one another within their business and personal life as they intertwine. RWC Networking Brunch is an extension of Run Women’s Conference (started in 2012) that teaches small business owners to connect whether it be business, community outreach, volunteer and so much more. 

 Q: Is Run Society a sorority?

A: No; however, many of the ideals, promises, pledges and penalties are derived from those organizations, coupled with the greater values from women’s collaborative groups

Q. What are the requirements to be a member?

A. Commit to attending regular local meetings; support of chapter events; maintain financial commitment.

 Q: Are men welcomed?

A: Yes, of course. Entrepreneurship has no gender.

Q: Who founded Run Society?

A: Run Society is made up of a group of advisors, supporters and visionaries (collab’preneurs) who wish to make an organization whereby collaborative partnerships from around the world would benefit small businesses everywhere. And, where those small businesses would flourish into global brands, all with the help of shared vision and values and collaborative efforts and without referral fees and bonus; yet through Relational Currency. With that being said, we are championed by Dr. Cassandra Bradford.

Q. What are the benefits of joining?

A. Connection to a tribe of powerful women and men who are committed to making an impact in the world while gaining information and support in growing your own business. 

Q: How can I become an Area Leader or Director?

A: First, you must be a member in good standing with Run Society. You must agree to the leader responsibilities and complete leadership training. You must consider a territory whereby there is no other Run Society Chapter that already exists.

Q. Is this a Pyramid or Multi- Level Marketing Group?

A. No, not at all. Our mission is to build strong effective relationships, while supporting women in business. You are not required to sell anything.

 

Q. Is there a cost involved?

A. Membership dues are required annually.

Q. What are my dues used for?

A. Financial support of the magazine, and administrative costs.

Q. Do I have to own a business?

A. No you don’t have to be a business owner but have an interest in supporting or owning a business in the future.

Q. What types of memberships are available?

A. RUN Woman Member; RUN Woman Director

Q. How do I re-new my membership?

A. You will receive notification--- automatically deducted 1 week before they are due.

Q. If my membership lapse, how do I get it reinstated?

A. Contact runsociety.org----late memberships will not be prorated.

Q. Can I join more than one chapter?

A. No but you may visit and support any chapter.
