USP (UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION)
When starting a business, you should know your industry. Do as much research as you can. Know your customers, sales trends, and even what your competitors are doing. Make sure that you are adequately priced. You should also have a USP (Unique Selling Proposition). Your USP is what separates you from your competitors.
Do something different! You want to be on the “cutting edge”. Be unique. If two companies are priced exactly the same, doing exactly the same thing, and the prices are exactly the same….then what’s the use for your business?
